His latest album, Under Gainsborough Skies, draws on the spirit of the 1960s folk revival, presenting a collection of intimate live studio recordings captured with minimal overdubs and a focus on performance. The songs explore themes of memory, time and a sense of place, shaped by personal experience and reflection. Ady launched his third album at Colchester Arts Centre, Music’s Not Dead at The De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill and HMV Colchester.
Ady has toured extensively across the UK and France, supporting artists including Scott Matthews and appearing at festivals such as Latitude, while also receiving national radio airplay, including support from BBC Radio 6 Music.
