Short Description
The Whitchurch Folk Club is an occasional concert series focusing on traditional folk music. Please note we are in Whitchurch, North Hampshire. Events usually take place in Whitchurch Parish Hall or All Hallows Church. The club is separate from but closely linked with the Whitchurch Folk Festival.
Description
The Club was launched in 2017 by Paul Sartin and Jon Wilks. Dormant for a while due to COVID and Paul’s untimely death in 2022, the club returned in 2023 with a full and exciting lineup. The club aims to maintain the original vision, set out by Paul and Jon, of bringing some of the UK’s finest folk musicians to the picturesque town of Whitchurch, Hampshire, offering world-class concerts and gigs in an intimate and inclusive setting.
